Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
- In a microwave safe dish, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments until completely smooth and melted.
- Place a few of your gummy bears at a time in the melted chocolate, and stir around to coat completely.
- Shake off the excess chocolate from your gummy bears and place on top of your parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining gummy bears.
- Allow chocolate to set for 1 hour, or place in your fridge to set faster. Enjoy!
