  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper, set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe dish, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments until completely smooth and melted.
  3. Place a few of your gummy bears at a time in the melted chocolate, and stir around to coat completely.
  4. Shake off the excess chocolate from your gummy bears and place on top of your parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining gummy bears.
  6. Allow chocolate to set for 1 hour, or place in your fridge to set faster. Enjoy!
