Method
- Place your cocoa powder in a bowl and set aside.
- Place your almonds into a separate bowl, set aside.
- In a small saucepan, heat your honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract over low heat.
- Once your honey mixture has become more liquified and runny, pour over the almonds. Quickly stir together and combine.
- Quickly combine your honey coated almonds with the cocoa powder and toss gently together until the almonds are evenly dusted with cocoa. Enjoy!
