  1. Place your cocoa powder in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place your almonds into a separate bowl, set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat your honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract over low heat.
  4. Once your honey mixture has become more liquified and runny, pour over the almonds. Quickly stir together and combine.
  5. Quickly combine your honey coated almonds with the cocoa powder and toss gently together until the almonds are evenly dusted with cocoa. Enjoy!
