Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk or milk of choosing
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup iced cubes
  • 2 medium bananas peeled
  • 2 cups strawberries stems cut off
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice

Method
 

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in your blender and blend until nice and smooth.
  2. Pour into four glasses and serve with a fruit slice on the side if your fancy! Enjoy!
