Place your chex cereal in a large bowl, set aside.
Place 2 cups of your powdered sugar into a large ziplock bag.
In a pot melt your butter, milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, and vanilla extract on low heat until melted and smooth, stirring the entire time.
Pour your melted mixture over the chex cereal and mix well until all the cereal is evenly coated. Pour this mixture into the bag of powdered sugar, close the bag, and shake until all the cereal is coated.
Carefully spread your coated cereal over wax paper to cool.
Once cooled, place in a large bowl and mix in your m&ms, candy eyes, and candy corn. Enjoy!
