Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso OR 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used oat milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice or more/less to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • whipped cream for topping optional

Method
 

  1. Place all of you ingredients (except ice) in a blender an blend until well incorporated.
  2. Place your ice in your serving mug/glass.
  3. Pour your latte over the ice, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
