Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut the stems off of your strawberries
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat stir your strawberries and lemon juice
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As your strawberries start to break down you can use a wooden spoon or masher to make your strawberry chunks smaller if desired.
  • Now, add in your sugar and stir until combined and it has dissolved.
  • Carefully pour your jam into a jar to store in the fridge - don't worry it will start to thicken into a jam like consistency as it cools. Enjoy!
