In a saucepan over medium-high heat stir your strawberries and lemon juice
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As your strawberries start to break down you can use a wooden spoon or masher to make your strawberry chunks smaller if desired.
Now, add in your sugar and stir until combined and it has dissolved.
Carefully pour your jam into a jar to store in the fridge - don't worry it will start to thicken into a jam like consistency as it cools. Enjoy!
