  • Start preheating your waffle maker.
  • In a large bowl using a stand or hand mixer, whisk together your eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar until well incorporated.
  • Add in your almond flour, sugar and baking powder and continue to whisk until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
  • Coat your waffle maker with non-stick spray and cook your waffles according to your waffle makers instructions.
  • Gently remove your waffle with a fork from your waffle maker and repeat with the remaining batter. Top with anything you like and enjoy!
