Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or berries of choice
  • 1 large fresh or frozen banana peeled
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Bring all ingredients into the jug of a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

If you would like sweetener add 1-2 tbsp of sugar, honey, or monk fruit
