Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. In separate bowl, add your sugars and vegan butter. Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together until combined.
Add your butter mixture to your flour mixture. Mix in your vanilla extract and apple sauce. Mix together until just combined. Fold in your chocolate chips.
Transfer your batter into your prepared pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the edges are just starting to brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out almost clean.
