Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a 12 muffin tin with muffin liners, set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.
In another large sized bowl, whisk together your melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix in your sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Pour your flour mixture into your wet ingredients and mix until just combined - a rubber spatula is best for this. Fold in your chopped Oreos.
Make your streusel by combining all of the streusel ingredients in a small bowl and mix roughly with a fork until crumbly.
Scoop your muffin batter into your prepared muffin liners until they are ¾ full. Sprinkle the streusel on top of each muffin, bake your muffins for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out almost clean.
Allow your muffins to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
Notes
For taller muffin tops cover your bowl with the muffin dough in it and chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
