The most amazing Oreo Muffins stuffed with chopped oreos and topped with an oreo streusel. This will be your new go to recipe!

Who doesn’t love anything that is stuffed with Oreos? They are definitely one of my favorite cookies so when you chop them up and throw them into a fluffy muffin you can’t go wrong! This recipe also comes with a gluten free option that is just as delicious as it’s non-gluten counterpart.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour OR 1:1 gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped oreos
Oreo Streusel Topping:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oreo crumbs (gluten free if needed)
- 6 tbsp all purpose flour OR 1:1 gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature

Instructions To Make Oreo Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a 12 muffin tin with muffin liners, set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In another large sized bowl, whisk together your melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix in your sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Pour your flour mixture into your wet ingredients and mix until just combined – a rubber spatula is best for this. Fold in your chopped Oreos.
- Make your streusel by combining all of the streusel ingredients in a small bowl and mix roughly with a fork until crumbly.
- Scoop your muffin batter into your prepared muffin liners until they are ¾ full. Sprinkle the streusel on top of each muffin, bake your muffins for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out almost clean.
- Allow your muffins to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
