Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a 12 muffin tin with muffin liners, set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together your flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In another large sized bowl, whisk together your melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix in your sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Pour your flour mixture into your wet ingredients and mix until just combined - a rubber spatula is best for this. Fold in your chopped Oreos.
- Make your streusel by combining all of the streusel ingredients in a small bowl and mix roughly with a fork until crumbly.
- Scoop your muffin batter into your prepared muffin liners until they are ¾ full. Sprinkle the streusel on top of each muffin, bake your muffins for 12-14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out almost clean.
- Allow your muffins to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!

For taller muffin tops cover your bowl with the muffin dough in it and chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
