- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on each side of the pan. Lightly spray the lined pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together your eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, and sugar.
- Gradually whisk in your almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until JUST combined.
- Transfer your banana bread batter evenly into your prepared loaf pan.
