This 4-ingredient banana bread is a quick and easy treat that will satisfy your cravings. Made with ripe bananas, flour, sugar, and eggs, it's a foolproof recipe that anyone can master.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8.5 inch loaf pan with non stick spray and line with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Place your peeled bananas in a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add in your eggs and whisk until combined.
  4. Next, mix in your brown sugar and flour. Mix until just combined, do not overmix!
  5. Pour your batter in to your prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out almost clean. There should be a few crumbs on it.
  6. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!

Notes

*If you do not have self rising flour, you can use 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda.
** You can also use 1:1 gluten free flour with xanthan gum. Just add 1 tsp baking power and 1/4 tsp baking soda.
