Method
- Add your milk, blueberries, lemon zest, and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container.
- Add your chia seeds to your blended blueberry mixture and mix until combined. Cover and place in your fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir and top with optional toppings like yogurt and fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
