Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional
  • 1 tsp sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Add your milk, blueberries, lemon zest, and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container.
  2. Add your chia seeds to your blended blueberry mixture and mix until combined. Cover and place in your fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, stir and top with optional toppings like yogurt and fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
