Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a microwave safe dish, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Once melted, pour your almonds into your melted chocolate and mix until all nuts are evenly coated.
Using a fork, place your chocolate coated almonds onto your parchment paper. You can place them individually or in clusters.
Once all of your almonds are on your baking sheet, sprinkle with optional flaky sea salt and place in your fridge until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
