Method
- Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with wax or parchment paper, set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
- Once melted, mix in your vanilla extract.
- Pour your fudge into your prepared loaf pan and place in your freezer for 20-40 minutes, or until set. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
- To store, place in an airtight container in your fridge or keep them in your freezer - allow to thaw for 10 to 20 minutes before eating.
