Keto Fudge

This is the BEST and EASIEST keto chocolate fudge recipe. I say that because not only is it delicious and made of 3 simple ingredients, but it is only 1 gram of net carbs!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup natural almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with wax or parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
  3. Once melted, mix in your vanilla extract.
  4. Pour your fudge into your prepared loaf pan and place in your freezer for 20-40 minutes, or until set. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
  5. To store, place in an airtight container in your fridge or keep them in your freezer - allow to thaw for 10 to 20 minutes before eating.
