Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream or full fat coconut milk for dairy free/vegan
  • 1/2-1/3 cup monk fruit, depending on how sweet you like it
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Rum, to taste

Method
 

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and smooth.
  2. Pour over ice and enjoy!
