In a bowl, whisk together your flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl or measuring cup, whisk together your milk, butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
Whisk your wet ingredients in to your dry ingredients until just combined. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cooking.
While your batter sits, heat your cooking pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Place your banana slices in the pancake batter and cover in batter. Using a fork to lift out of the batter, gently shake a bit of the excess batter off the banana slice and transfer directly to the hot skillet. Continue with as many banana slices that will fit in the pan without overcrowding. Allow bananas to cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
