Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt or flavor of choice, vegan if needed
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 scoops protein powder flavor of choice, I used chocolate
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and there are no banana chunks left.
  3. Pour evenly into your popsicle mold.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours, preferably over night. Enjoy!
