- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 scoops protein powder flavor of choice, I used chocolate
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions To Make Protein Popsicles
- Place all of your ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and there are no banana chunks left.
- Pour evenly into your popsicle mold.
- Freeze for 4 hours, preferably over night. Enjoy!
