I absolutely love smoothies because they are so customizable! I think of smoothie recipes as more of a guideline for what I’m making, so you can feel free to do the same. Mix it up with different kinds of fruits and nut butters to find out exactly what you want! Smoothies are definitely my favorite way to get some calories in, plus its delicious and made with good for you ingredients.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 1 large banana peeled
  • 1 cup mango or higher calorie fruit of choice
  • 1/2 of one avocado
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
