- 1 cup mango or higher calorie fruit of choice
- 1/2 of one avocado
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
