This milkshake is easily one of my favorite flavors, and super easy to make which makes it even better. I love to make this for anyone that comes over or when I am out sitting on my backyard patio in the hot sun to cool down. Top with some more toasted shredded coconut for some garnish to make it fancy for guests, or yourself. I know it is still cold outside right now so you might not want a milkshake, but I say any season is a good time for a milkshake! Plus, I like to dream of warmer summer weather when I will really be craving a delicious milkshake.

- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
