I absolutely love to start my day with a smoothie, sometimes that is what actually gets me out of bed. The thought of a delicious fruit smoothie is almost a big mood booster for me! I usually like to add in a handful of spinach for some more vitamins and a scoop of protein powder for some extra protein. You can add anything that you like though, that is the beauty of a smoothie, how customizable they are! This is definitely one of my favorite smoothie recipes though because it combines two of my favorite fruits and the addition of the vanilla extract is absolutely scrumptious – so don’t skip out on that!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen peaches or 1 fresh peach
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp honey optional

- Add all of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
