This tropical smoothie will hit the spot and you can even add in a scoop of protein powder if you would like! - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple cubed
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
