There is no better way to start your day than with a delicious peanut butter flavored coffee! At least, not that I can think of. I love waking up in the morning and sitting down with some breakfast and a cup of some peanut butter hot coffee. Of course, you can also enjoy this drink cold and served over ice if you prefer – and it is just as delicious cold as it is hot! I mean, just look at it! Serve on it’s own or topped with some whipped cream, peanut butter and chocolate drizzle or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
I actually am typically more a tea drinker, but this recipe has me hooked in coffee, so I keep my tea drinks for later in the day when I need another hot drink. I know you are going to want to drink this coffee every single day so let’s get to brewing!

- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
