- Combine your strawberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice, in a saucepan set over medium high heat.
- Bring your mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, until the strawberries are nice and soft.
- Strain your strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a glass jar.
- Chill your simple syrup in your fridge for an hour or two until cold and enjoy!
