Method
Crust:
- Spray a 9 inch pie dish with non stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix your crushed oreos and melted butter until well incorporated.
- Evenly press into your prepared pie dish, set aside.
Pie Filling:
- In a the bowl of a stand mixer or using an electric whisk, whip your cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk your cream cheese until smooth. Mix in your caramel sauce, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth and incorporated.
- Gently fold your whipped cream into the cream cheese mixt using a rubber spatula until smooth.
- Evenly spread into your prepared pie crust and place in your fridge for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Topping:
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
