Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour OR 1:1 gluten free flour with xanthan gum
  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter room temperature
  • 5 tbsp cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped twix bars

Method
 

  1. Place your flour in a mound on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until reaches 160°. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat together your butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl with a mixer until fluffy and well combined.
  3. Reduce your mixer speed to low, add in your toasted flour, and mix until just combined, add your milk and beat until creamy. Add the twix bits and mix until combined. Enjoy!
