  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a 12 cup muffin tray with muffin liners, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together your melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Slowly add to the dry ingredients. Gently fold together until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Divide the batter equally into your prepared muffin cups and bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees F and continue to bake for another 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes almost clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
