Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups watermelon chunks (seeds removed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sparkling or flat water
  • optional: Vodka, to taste

Method
 

  1. Place all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture through a sieve to get rid of any watermelon pulp and enjoy!
