The Keto Copycat Reese’s Eggs are a delightful and indulgent treat that perfectly fit into your low-carb lifestyle. These eggs are made with a rich and creamy peanut butter filling encased in a smooth, sugar-free chocolate shell.

To make these eggs, you can follow a simple recipe that involves mixing together keto-friendly ingredients such as powdered erythritol, almond flour, unsweetened peanut butter, and vanilla extract to create the delicious filling. The filling is then shaped into egg-shaped molds or into mini muffin molds if egg-shaped molds are not available.

To achieve that classic Reese’s taste, the eggs are coated in a luscious layer of sugar-free chocolate. You can either melt a keto-friendly chocolate bar or prepare a homemade chocolate mixture using cocoa powder, coconut oil, and a low-carb sweetener. Instructions To Make Keto Copycat Reese’s Eggs

  1. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish for 30 seconds at a time, mixing in between until fully melted.
  2. Using a silicone egg mold, or a silicone mini muffin mold place 1-2 tsp of melted chocolate in bottom of mold. Tilt your mold around to ensure chocolate covers entire surface area. Place silicone mold in your freezer while you make your peanut butter filling.
  3. In a bowl mix together your melted coconut oil, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in your powdered sweetener and almond flour and mix again until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Grab your now hardened chocolate out of the freezer and place 1 to 1.5 tsp of peanut butter mixture in the middle of your chocolate and spread slightly, making sure not to cover the edges with peanut butter. Top all of your peanut butter chocolate eggs with the rest of your melted chocolate and place mold back in your freezer for about 10 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
  5. Gently take your copycat reese eggs out of the silicone mold and enjoy!
