- 1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar free sweetener of choice (I used swerve)
- 1 large egg
Instructions To Make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together your peanut butter, sweetener, and egg until very well combined.
- Scoop out a tbs of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten your peanut butter cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again make a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are JUST starting to brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing them from baking sheet, enjoy!
