INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions To Make Dairy Free Pancakes
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray with non stick spray.
- In a large bowl whisk together your flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
- In the same bowl, mix in almond milk, olive oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and everything is combined.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto your heated skillet. Allow to cook until you can see bubbles on the surface of your pancake and then flip to cook the other side. Place on a plate or wire cooling rack while you continue to make the other pancakes.
- Repeat until all pancake batter is gone, enjoy!
