I seriously can’t get enough of these cookies, they do not lack anything taste wise! My friends could not even tell that these were gluten or dairy free, which is always the highest compliment a recipe like this can earn. I based this recipe on an old recipe that I used to make all the time, it was my go to cookies recipe – but not I have made it gluten free instead of only dairy free. I know you will love this recipe just as much as I do so let’s get to baking!
