Super easy, impressive, and utterly delicious Butterscotch Delight that you do not have to turn your oven on for! Made with simple ingredients.

I seriously can’t get enough of this desserts, it is SO good! Plus it is super easy to make and you can prepare it ahead of time so it ready to go whenever you are. This recipe is perfect for parties and potlucks, even bringing in to work to spoil your co workers. Of course, you can also keep it all to yourself! This recipe freezes well so you can just keep it on hand for anytime that sweet craving hits for some delicious butterscotch dessert!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs gluten free if needed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Layers:

  • two 8 oz packages cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 24 oz whipped topping like cool whip
  • 3 pkgs butterscotch pudding mix 3.4 oz each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 drizzle butterscotch sauce optional

Instructions To Make Butterscotch Delight

  1. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. Mix together your graham cracker crumbs and butter until well incorporated, evenly press into your prepared baking dish.
  2. Place your baking dish in the freezer while you prepare your other layers.
  3. Beat together your cream cheese and sugar until smooth, gently fold in 1 cup of your whipped topping.
  4. Spread over top of your crust and then place in your fridge while you prepare the next layer.
  5. Beat together your milk and all of your butterscotch pudding mix, beat for 3 minutes or until the mixture is thick.
  6. Carefully spread your butterscotch pudding evenly over top of your cream cheese layer and place back in your fridge for at least 3 hours.
  7. When ready to serve, top the butterscotch pudding with the remaining whipped topping and drizzle with butterscotch sauce. Slice and enjoy!
