I recently learned that you can make brownies with condensed milk, and I just knew I had to make some. And boy, am I ever glad that I did! I cannot even describe to you just how delicious these brownies are, you are just going to have to try them for yourself!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour OR 1:1 gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions To Make Condensed Milk Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream together your condensed milk, butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Mix in your eggs, one by one, and then your vanilla extract until combined and smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together your flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Mix your flour mixture into your condensed milk mixture and mix until combined.
- Spread your batter evenly into your prepared pan and top with your chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a tooth comes out mostly clean, it should still have crumbs on it.
- Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
