I made this recipe for my last get together and all of it was gone within minutes, I was so happy! No one could believe me when I said this recipe is sugar free and keto friendly. INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE KETO PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar replacement
- 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions To Make Sugar Free Peanut Butter Fudge
- Line a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Melt your butter, then add in your brown sugar replacement. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves and it begins to simmer and a thick brown caramel begins to form. Usually 5-8 minutes.
- When the sauce is thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Carefully pour your fudge into the prepared loaf pan.
- Freeze 30 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour. Or until fully set.
- Cut into small equal size pieces and enjoy!
