I cannot get over this peanut butter fudge! The best part is that there is no baking involved, just a bit of stovetop work. I made this recipe for my last get together and all of it was gone within minutes, I was so happy! No one could believe me when I said this recipe is sugar free and keto friendly. Make this recipe for yourself and keep on hand in your freezer for a treat or this also makes a perfect cute little gift!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE KETO PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar replacement
  • 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions To Make Sugar Free Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Line a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Melt your butter, then add in your brown sugar replacement. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves and it begins to simmer and a thick brown caramel begins to form. Usually 5-8 minutes.
  3. When the sauce is thickened, remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour your fudge into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Freeze 30 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour. Or until fully set.
  6. Cut into small equal size pieces and enjoy!
