Incredibly easy to make Vegan Mascarpone using simple ingredients. This decadent Italian cheese is smooth, rich, and creamy.

Mascarpone is an Italian cheese that has a variety of uses, my personal favorite is in a tiramisu. You can use mascarpone in cakes, trifles, parfaits, even spread it on to your morning bagel! The sooner you start this recipe the better because you are going to want it to sit and drain for a minimum of 12 hours, you can also accelerate this process why have some kind of weight over top of your cheesecloth.
