Vegan Peppermint Bark

This vegan peppermint bark is absolutely delicious and perfect for a holiday party or makes a super cute gift! Perfect for a crowd because it fits a few dietary restrictions like vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Plus, if your anything like me, I am down for anything that is mint flavor! You can make this recipe using a double boiler method but I prefer the microwave because it is so fast and easy to whip up some chocolate bark. This recipe also freezes well so you can keep it on hand for some tasty treats whenever the cravings hits as well!
