- 1/2 cup biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- extra biscoff cookie butter for topping

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, cream together your butter, biscoff, and both sugars until fluffy.
