These healthy peanut cups are sugar free and use natural peanut butter but are still completely delicious!

Ok, these little drops of heaven are absolutely amazing! And don’t worry, you can’t tell that these are sugar free at all. This low carb version of a peanut butter cup is sure to hit the spot to satisfy all of your cravings. Peanut Butter Cups have always been one of my absolute favorite candies ever, I love them just as much as a kid as I do now. I never lost my love for this classic, plus how can you go wrong with anything that is chocolate and peanut butter flavored? You can’t, it’s not possible. This recipe is incredibly easy to make with simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

Instructions To Make Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with 24 mini muffin liners, set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt 2 tbs of coconut oil. In a separate medium bowl, mix together your peanut butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and set aside.
  3. In a microwave safe dish melt your chocolate with 1 tbs of coconut oil in short intervals, mixing in between intervals until melted.
  4. Scoop a heaping 1 tsp of the chocolate layer into each muffin cup. Repeat until you’ve filled your cups. Then, pick up the entire muffin tin and shake and tap until the layer is set evenly.
  5. Repeat the same thing with the peanut butter layer, plopping around 1 tsp on top of the chocolate layer. Pick up the entire muffin tin one last time and shake and tap until your cups are even. Top with remaining chocolate.
  6. Place in the fridge until cups are set and enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer.
